Sometimes I get kind of worried about getting older - I'm in my 40's. I see so many people complaining about aches and pains and the frustrations of not being able to live life on your terms.

But then I come across stories like REbecca's - so much spunk and energy! I want to grow up like her!

She does a couple things that she says makes all the difference. She takes chlorella tablets regularly, she walks and she has strong spiritual life.

These seem like a powerful mix.
