I want to go back to Lugol's because Iodoral is so expensive. As I was figuring out how much I will need, I realized I got it all wrong to begin with. Prior to switching to Iodoral, I was taking 24 drops Lugol's 2%.

That is 24 X 2,5 mg Iodine = 96 mg iodine.

Then I started Iodoral 12.5 mg and currently taking 9 caplets.

That is 9 X 5mg Iodine = 45 mg iodine.

It is half the dose! Do I need to take 18 caplets a day until I finish my bottle???

Also, how many drops are there in a 2oz/60ml bottle?
