Yeah, I think I'm liking Oxypowder . The only downside is that it seems like really expensive magnesium oxide (ozonated).

But I have to say that I haven't ever had a problem with constipation. Almost my entire life, I've went at least once a day.

I will let you know how it works on my sister. She is constipated a lot and sometimes have gone a few days without going. I can imagine all sorts of nasties stuck in her colon. Of course, I have to convince her to take oxy which is going to take some work.
