Silver is not toxic, but you can make it toxic by degrading it with the wrong energies and frequencies.
How else do you explain Argyria

If you make it according to its natural bio energy frequencies then gallons a day can be consumed and PPM is not an issue.

If it is toxic then a recommended daily dose and strength is required to limit the toxicity
