On this page: //www.curezone.org/cleanse/liver/
it says:
If you are afraid to do liver flush, you can also try 1/2 of the full adult dose.
If you are extremely afraid to do liver flush, you can try 1/4 of the full adult dose.
Ingredients (The Most Simple Liver Flush):
1. one large grapefruit or 2 smaller grapefruits, enough to squeeze 1/2 cup of fresh juice ( other fruit can be used! )
2. 1/2 cup of Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil ( or any other natural oil )
So, nobody said you have to drink half cup of olive oil the first time.
My first Liver Flush was, I think, 1995 or 1996.
I did a serii of something like 10 flushes every 2 weeks.
I was intolerant of all meats, eggs, all milk products, sugar, alcohol, vinegar, all food preservatives .
I was for many years on strict vegetarian diet with fish, due to not tolerating most of the animal foods.
Few months after the first liver flush, I tried to drink raw milk. No reaction.
I tried home made cheese. No reaction.
I tried sour cream. No reaction.
I tried yogurt. No reaction.
The next months I tested even all kind of meat, no reaction.
I could suddenly eat all foods from all sides of the spectrum, and my body was happy with it.
The last I tried eggs, maybe 1 year after the first flush. No reaction.
That was somewhere around 1996, almost 20 years ago.
Since 1995, I have done at least 70 liver flushes. Most of them during the spring time.
I still avoid sugar, and food additives , cause if I eat it 2 days in a raw, I do react.
But I am a different case compared to most people. At least 2 years of my life, I was continuously on Antibiotics , much more then most people. The first doses, when I was a baby, so my microbiota was damaged before I was even able to eat solid foods.
Most people are far more healthy then me, and may not need to do as much as I did to regain health.
Very few people have spent 2 years of their life on different Antibiotics .
I never vomited oil.
If I feel nausea, I just take a walk out, and with some burping, it always passes.
Nausea rarely lasts longer then 1 hour.
Diarrhea is never more explosive then diarrhea you have after enema.
I am still alive, and healthier today then 20 years ago, when I was in my thirties then.
You have to understand that any scary story you read on the web, it is on the web because it is an exception to the rule, rather than the rule.
I never posted about my Liver Flushes on the web cause there was nothing unusual to report.
People are 10,000 times more likely to post about something unusual, than about something usual.
In other words, for every "scary" story you may find on the web about liver flush, there could be 10,000 unwritten boring stories, cause there was nothing unusual to write about.
Would you ever find this forum if your lips were perfectly healthy? Would you ever post here? Of course not. Healthy people don't hang on this forum.
So, the same goes for the Liver Flush Forum . People usually look for it to post when something goes wrong, and very rarely when everything goes after "the book".
