Yes cross posting often makes it complicated, but it is good saying from a Liver-Flush point view. I did it before when I answered a post, so other posters could say from which forum they were posting.

I have not been on sensiblehealth website for years, but I was surprised to see that I posted at that time that they had changed from Swedish bitters to Chinese bitters. It probably is like any supplement use it for a certain purpose and it does not mean use it for ever and if you use it for a long time take some breaks.
