Liver Flushes sound scary.. just the idea of drinking half a cup of oil is off-putting enough, but nausea and explosive diarrhea as well?!

@jay I think if you're going to do any cleanse for candida, you should do enemas. I recently started doing them and they're actually not bad at all. It's just breaking the thought barrier of sticking something up your butt you have to get through :P
