Oh yeah.. thats true. I forgot about the ones that get inside muscles.
I don't know about sugary foods, but recently I had some fried rice from a chinese restaurant and while i was eating it, i felt a major increase in the thumping around that they do. I have no idea why... they say chinese food is loaded with Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) so maybe there's a connection?
