The store bought box of enema says to lay on your left side. Personally I don't like enemas. I find that with enough water and exercise the body does a good job flushing itself out..for me. Dr. oz just did a show on the danger of coffee enemas, but I would prefer doing it without the coffee if I was to do it or get a colonoscopy once a year. Just try not doing it every day.
