Look up clarisea for tips. Swanson vitamins swanson sells Himalayan salt shampoo/conditioner. I rinse my head with water and h.salt after shampooing and then rinse with cool water. According to clarisea it takes six weeks but you should see results within a week. Good luck and God bless.
