Yes, I agree with you, about the chloride form of magnesium. Tried most; still take some extra in the form of citrate/malate; but the magnesium chloride is by far the most effective, in my experience.

I also used it as a painkiller for my son`s stomach pain (unknown cause) together with borax; it worked within half an hour. Now and again he asks for it:)
