I am wondering if the reason why I wasn't having luck with Albenza in the beginning is because I wasn't taking it with fat? I didn't see what ICU said about needing to consume a fatty meal until my last 2 doses... which btw were more successful than the first 3 doses.
The problem I think I'm having is that I don't have a gallbladder... so I don't think my body absorbs fats in the same way that a regular person would.
So... in order to have this stuff absorb, what do I need to do? What type of fat should I be consuming? The last 2 doses I took with grilled cheese sandwiches and a tsp of coconut oil, which is nowhere close to 40g. I have a hard time eating a lot because my stomach will hurt for days if I eat a lot... eapecially fat. But I question the effectiveness if fats are just passing right through.
