If you want to see if any supplement is working on its own, give it a month before adding ot changing anything.

Look, it took a long time for the condition to get to the way that it is now. Do not expect anything to produce any real noticeable long term effects in just a few days.

You might notice some things in a couple days, such as die-off, but this may noy persist. Give any therapy time to go through its effects.
