My husband and children do not want me to do another flush right now, and to be honest I feel to weak and I am scared that everything just will get worse.

I am just so concern about what Andreas Moritz write in his book that you should not wait no longer than 6-7 weeks between flushes, because this will cause greater discomfort.

In Norway we have these words saying: "The time heals every wounds". I just have to wait now and see what happens, and hope these movements in my chest will stop. The most stupid thing I did was to take these antidepressiva to sleep on. I did not think because I was so troubeled. It only made thing worse, and I did not even understand why.

I will now take a rest from everything, try to gain some weight and energi and gradually stop taking sleepingpills. I hope this will work for me. I hope!

I am so grateful to you. You are really a very kind man offering me all these good advices. I would for example have never taught about triggerpoints, stretching of the livermeridians etc.

There are so many egoistic people in this world today, just thinking about themself, how to get more money, a bigger house, a new car etc. and they do not care about other people. They do not even care if their neighbour is laying for death. They only love themself. You are a good man Telman and don`t you ever change!

It may be awhile before I write to you again, as my plan now is to rest from everything, but in time I will let you know if something change in my life, bad news or good news.

I think it will be good for you too, to get a rest from me!
