Hello everyone! I am on day 4 of the MC. I was expecting to have to run to the bathroom throughout the day. For me, this isn't the case. Before I started the cleanse, my body was on a VERY strict movement schedule. Every morning within 20 minutes of waking, it is time to go. I am never able to go any other time of the day. I am wondering if this is maybe why i am not eliminating all day? I drank some of the tea late in the day yesterday to see if i could get things going. It definatly worked, but i still only went a couple times. IS this normal to only be eliminating several times in the morning and maybe a TINY bit at night? thanks so much!! Btw, I do the tea at night and the salt water flush in the morning. No problems in the mornings making movements. I also started drinking tea in the morning as well, it's almost 12 in the afternoon, and nothing yet!!
