How much are you urinating? What is "not peeing good" exactly?

The whole point of peeing is filtration, excretion, and homeostatic control.

If the body needs K+ or Na+, you won't be peeing much to preserve what you have. Try drinking some pure water first, then check how well you're peeing.

What's your age? Sex? Any underlying conditions? Kidney problems?
