Is there a preferable form for the CP? Are either the extract or capsules more absorbable, potent, etc.?

I have used Amazon Therapeutics, Herb Pharm, and Whole World Botanicals extracts, without noticing a difference between any of them, but am thinking the capsules by RainTree would be cheaper and easier to take...
