I have done recently done the kidney flush. I don't know much about what else is good for kinneys.

I work in psychology and noticed that you used the phrase "wanting to be sure I'm attacking the kidneys as much as I can".

Our brains have so much influence over our bodies that however we talk about things will have an effect (i.e. attacking your kidneys).

Maybe this was a mistake but deep down in your belief systems there could be a belief about attacking yourself or something similar.
It's amazing how we pick up phrases from others and take them on as our own without realising it and in turn that becomes a part of our belief system (again without realising it)
