Since you're taking Antibiotics , I say definitely continue with the probiotics and antifungals to recolonize your gut with good bacteria while preventing the bad bacteria and candida from taking over.

There shouldn't be a significant die-off effect by doing probiotics with antifungals unless you have a severe case of candida overgrowth. In that case, you should probably do the enemas.

If you do experience adverse effects, make sure it's not because you're starving yourself or overdosing on antifungals (they too can cause kidney/liver problems if you use them for too long).
