Thank you so much for the reply Grizz! I thought I was getting down to the causes of my problems but I guess not..Iodine deficiency would make complete sense since I absolutely hate sea food..and yes I always have cold hands and feet. As far as the vitamin D goes I manage a horse farm so I'm outside pretty much all day and get plenty of sun so do you still think I should supplement it? And I grew up in the country with well water and have well water currently so fluoride shouldn't be an issue with the acne.
Do you think that I should continue with the liver flushes?
And how can I be sure that I will absorb the Iodine and vitamins because it seems that I eat pretty healthy but I'm just not absorbing all of the vitamins and minerals like I should be.
I'm having problems with the links tho. I can click on the link and it will take me to the Iodine page but all of the links there that I try to click on say file unavailable. Could you send it to me again please?
