Yea, that's what I thought. I'm 68 kg / 150 lbs, so I should probably be taking something like 75 mg or so.

About leaving them completely alone: When I did that, the inflammation was usually stronger than at the moment (at least that's what I think or that's what I'm telling myself ;-)), the skin underneath would always be bright red and swollen and it would always be a excellect breeding ground for secondary infections. They started smelling badly, so I guess that could be counterproductive.
