Same here man. I'm just following my strict diet - just the same as you had, because I have stomach inflammation, Hiatus Hernia and liver problems but I see no improvements at all. It's just a protective cream with vitamin A. It's nothing like tretinoin or retin-a. It's safe to use it. I bet you can find such thing in your countries.

By relief I mean - I don't have huge HARD crusts. Just dry lips peeling all the time. That's it for now :/
