Thats why single cells are 1.5.

The use of DC battery electricity is far older than that. And one usually didnt get to learn of electricity and silver and Alchemy until one had finished one's apprenticeship.
Anyone care to say why six of them makes 12 in a car battery and can actually be 13.8V ? If some one else posts it thats ok I just cant cuase some think this sandpit isnt big enuf for everyone.

Voltage in Bio Energy Created Silver Water is very critical and one would consider it to be very low but not as low as LVCS. Me thinks you have went too far in the other direction but thats only an opinion. There are other factors to consider.

For those who viewed the youtube of making SilverJoe water, it should be noted the water becomes like milk in 5 minutes. And the old PPM meter reads 10.
