I am using black strap molasses instead of maple syrup since I couldnt find it in my country.
I am doing this to get rid of my allergies and lose 15 pounds. i did it 2 years ago for 5 days but could not complete the 10 days but this time i feel so motivated because i want to lose 20 pounds before my vacation
