But honestly, that seems irrelevant. Excessive crusting, peeling and inflammation is the real issue with this condition. Fordyce spots are the least of concerns. I just wanted to be able to eat and drink normally again, to smile and laugh, to kiss, to not have these huge crusts or build up. And if that's what the rest of you want too then this would be a good option to take into consideration.
