Your severe chest congestion is a symptom of Loffler's Syndrome. 

If the source of your parasitic infection isn't properly treated, your lung condition can escalate into pneumonia and/or endocarditis:

Suggest you take your antibiotic mid-day & Albenza AM/PM.
