Hi sukhoi50,

Glad to see you're still working on your project.
I was wondering if you had made any progress since you last posted.

On the topic of voltage drop, this is perfectly normal.
The moment you cap the current, you'll experience a voltage drop once the current limit is reached. At which point, the voltage will continue to drop as conductivity continues to rise.

To which I'd add, I've discovered in my own setup, that the electrochemical process remains stable down to aprox. 9v. However, as a precaution I've chosen to limit my voltage to no less than 13v in my own setup.

And we can control our running voltages in the cell by either; adjusting the distance between your electrodes OR the wetted area. In my case, I've found a happy medium by spacing my cathodes aprox. 3" from my anode, after which I swap out my cathodes with smaller and shorter electrodes as the process moves along. This allows me to keep my voltages at no less than 13v until the completion of my run. Which results in a 18-19ppm solution.

Hope this helps.

PS. Let me know if you'd like to see a diagram if my explanation isn't very clear.
