Your Science calls it Transmutation and I only use the term so ordinary folk can grasp the concept.
To change the MRF pattern of the water into silver, CREATING silver in the water I prefer to call it
Chemical Emulation. You know it as Transmutation.

but the short answer is....
A lump of Silver is a lump of water with the Permanent Memory of the Magnetic Resonant Field Pattern frequency of Silver vibration.
