I love chicken bone broth and coconut oil but I'm having trouble digesting fats now. (Oily stool, nausea.) I suspect low stomach acid has caused a deficiency of bile? So I'm going to try ox bile. I was waiting for it in the mail and it's supposed to arrive today. Very excited to add back in my favorite fatty foods.

I also have fructose malabsorption which might be a consequence of SIBO. It would be great if it goes away when SIBO is cured, but for now I can't drink ACV so I'm stuck with distilled vinegar. I've read that ACV contains important enzymes and right now all I'm getting is pepsin from HCl.

Any recommendation for enzymes other than ACV?
