Hi guys- I completely forgot that I have a sibo test tomorrow and for the test, I have to eat fish and rice :( I plan on picking back up with the juice fast (from scratch) after my hydrogen breath test the 6th. It was going really well until now though and I eliminated a little bit of old fecal matter already! Thank you White shark and Johnny Apple Bomb for your recommendations! I will try the oil in a few days when I start over!
