My advice would be to listen to your body. It sounds like you're detoxing, especially if you're taking other herbal detox formulas at the same time. Along with the Iodine, that's putting your body under alot of stress.

I've helped my own detox symptoms by jumping to 100 mg a day, as suggested by Trapper. I was nervous at first but I felt AWESOME after I took my first megadose (almost like euphoria). I think flooding my body with Iodine and speeding up the detox helped with my symptoms.

Not saying that this is the answer for you, but it would be something to investigate for yourself.
