Well Thing actually is... nystatin was the first Thing that actually helped me so i stick to what works.
The advice regarding the vitamins for boosting the immune System is very helpful! I will definitely get some specific vit supps like Vit C and Vit D even though im a lot outside so my Body produces enough vit D i assume.
