I had a similar experience. I was taking the b5 for a week and on the 7th day i had some bad anxiety and stopped the b5. The next few days it felt like I crashed so hard. I was SOOO tired. I seem to have come back from it but now im scared to take it again. I actually did a blood test and I am very low in b5 so I know I need it. I just dont know if I overstimulated my adrenals or what. I was only taking 500mg at most.
