I am sorry I do not have this info..I only know he said he used at least one cabbage per day,

I would say maybe try 16 oz three times a day or more.

he did not use Celery or carrot just straight cabbage juice.

I think if too unpalatable putting some lemon juice in it would improve flavor but he added nothing to the cabbage
