Didn't realize I received a reply, sorry.
Yes, I rarely get headaches ever. The entire day I just felt really tired and wore out (along with that headache). That's great re your allergies! I've never had a problem with allergies, fortunately.
Yes, after reading so many different experiences with the flush, I wasn't sure what to expect. It all was much easier and less traumatic than I was expecting. It's that fear of the unknown that is freaky, but then again, it sounds like one flush sure can vary from another.
I still have a couple of questions. Is it normal to get so much clear, burning liquid for so long in the morning? Assume it was all the ES of course. Should I do less ES next time?
I did have a red looking thing over an inch long and some gelatin looking pea sized things. Not sure what this means. Also, I'm still having left side dull pain that radiates up to my left shoulder. Wonder when I should flush again? I've read 3-4 weeks between but then others say to do them more often for a better result.
Have you ever tried the GCG to break that stone up? I don't know how big / many I have, ultrasound was not more descriptive other than I have them. Assume it crushed them since sand size, but not sure.
Thanks!
