I have been taking Selenium and Zinc, 600mg of NAC and 100mg of ALA for the past week and I have felt a bit of redistribution but have so far been able to tolerate it. Should I see results quicker if I stick to what I'm doing? I was wondering if it is safe for me to continue on such high dosages as I didn't know that a lower dose was needed until reading this? The only slight symptoms I've experienced are some chest pain but only a few minutes in a day and also feeling very sleepy but these symptoms were already there before, as I have ME/CFS. I was also going to add in Magnesium oil to a bath once a week aswell as a sauna blanket twice a week?
