Lugols & Iodoral are identical formulations that contain both Iodine & potassium iodide.

SSKI contains only potassium iodide. Your body will convert SSKI into Iodine as required.

So all you need is SSKI .

The Iodine in Lugols or iodoral is required if you are fighting a deficiency disease such as fibrocystic breast disease, PCOS or Uterine problems.
