Hi Nadia,

Thank you for a long reply. I have fasted many times in last ten years. I am on my day 7 right now. I always had rashes during fast and during re-feeding period. I have been using Apple Cider Vinegar spray and Humaworm Candida cream on my skin as well. I normally do not do anything to skin or other things during my fast, I only drink warm water. Toxins coming out of the skin also shows the liver is weak.

BTW, I am a born vegetarian, but do eat a lot of spices.
