So I have never used ascorbic acid for Vit C. Only acerola, alma, etc.
I started with the Vitamin C Foundation GMO free, yeah right, powder.
Fisrt day 2g, second day 3g, third day, 4g, fourth day 10gs. Didn't notice a thing felt good, then woke up this morning with hellish vertigo. It took me down. Never had it before. Do you think it's a detox symptom? I am anemic so I have upped my b12 and some potassium. I have read it is inner ear, but I don't have any nose allergies or ear problems that I can feel.
The only other thing I did different was I had one 250mg niacin yesterday and yes I have read Newports posts on how to take it properly, but I didn't. The reading I have done says niacin is prescribed for vertigo.
Any thoughts? Thank you.
