Hi!

I just started a 30 day vegetable juice fast to try to cleanse and heal my proctitis and prolapsed colon and hopefully, the fecal Body Odor and breath that I have. Has anyone ever cured their FBO or BB this way?

Since I have never done this before, I was wondering how to keep nutritional levels up and any other tips and tricks.

Also, should I take a probiotic during, after or both?

My tummy and bowels are already soooo relieved only after day 2 and I feel amazing!

I'm 29 and already have so many bowel issues so I'm hoping this will be the cure!
