I use chlorofresh by nature's way. I don't know if it really works but back in may I stopped using it and I had the worst reaction from ppl. Now I am back to using it and the reaction isn't it too bad.

I think the soy lecithin is ok since it's not the main ingredient. Good luck hope it works for you. Btw for me it only helps in conjunction with the low choline diet.
