I purchased my SF about 3 months ago I tried it once and stopped taking it, this week I started again I just add it to orange juice shake well and drink yes the taste does take getting use to.. it good stuff for you its not suppose to taste good.

That the problem we are use to having sweet good tasting food that is not good for us at all come on Just do it!! Think of how you will feel during the day, I could not believe I am not tried during the day am sleeping better as well.
