Today was day five of my first time on the Master-Cleanse -- and I'm frankly suddenly really questioning whether to continue. Though the actual hunger pangs are less than during the first couple of days, food is on my mind a lot and I feel hungry with my whole body. I have a sore throat (can that be a sign of cleansing?) and feel extremely tired. Yesterday had a headache, but not today. Above all, I'm feeling grumpy and loosing patience with this whole thing. Can that be a cleansing symptom or is that just me? I'm feeling discouraged and could really use some encouragement! Are there really 'special' benefits to going through day ten instead of ending earlier? I'm not feeling any of the great things people talk about. Perhaps because of Candida? I'm beginning to wonder if I have that . . .

I've really enjoyed reading all of the messages you all have posted.
