yes, i think digestion is a big part of it. Liver Flushes helped, but if i had to do it all over again, i would only do a few, then move on to other issues... some of us have many issues, and they all need attention. so it takes a patient and incremental approach. I have been at it for at least 15 years now, and still is a big focus of my life. But, my life is improved so much for the better, i would never go back to the folly of my ways in my youth (bad food, drinking, bad lifestyle and mainstream medicine)...
