Thanks! Part of the problem is that my heart paps are genetic, my dad gets them too. Before they weren't so bad but while on the Iodine protocol, they've been crazy lately!! And mostly bother me while I'm trying to go to sleep or in the middle of the night. It's weird because some nights I have zero problems and others, like last night, are so bad it scares me!

Cutting Iodine doses in half starting tomorrow. We'll see how that goes....
