Has anybody transitioned from a short (3 day) master cleanse to a liver flush?

I could really use some input as to how to do this as I can't digest food after several poorly spaced Liver Flushes (not blaming flushes, they are genius, just need to keep going).

Was doing good on a high fruit diet for years before, have CFS...thank you all!!!
