I've been taking 100 mg of Iodine and 120 mg of SSKI for the past month and a half. Lately, I've been experiencing heart palpitations at night....so bad that they wake me up and I can't go back to sleep. I feel like my heart is going to explode.

I'm taking all my co-supps so I know it's not that. Other than the heart paps, I feel fine.

Has anyone else gone through this?
