I can't tell if these are worms or fiber strands. I noticed like a mucous like strand in my stool, and then upon further research, discovered it might be a sign of worms. Then, I found these. However, I've also had issues lately with my sinuses (presumably due to the weather). I don't want to immediately assume the worst and end up making myself believe there's something going on that isn't. So, if you could tell me your opinion, that would be great! Thanks!
