weird how you only get it on the top lip around the triangular area. does it not spread down the sides on the top lip? at least you can smile... your face in the pics skin looks normal? do you get seb derm? anywhere? i get a little bit near my moustache area... its not to bad.. whats your current treatment??? try keeping your lips moist 24/7 keeps the condition more easy to manage...
