water fasting is good! yes of course be careful but 36 hours lol thats not even long enough your body doesnt kick into the healing phase and repair phase till after at least 72 hour mark.. some people do between 14-30 day Water Fast which i think is abit extreme i do plan on doing about 48-96 hour fast sometime this year just for the experience!
